Symbiosis Institute Celebrates 25 Years with Massive Tech Fest
The Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT) recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with a event called “Graffiti 2025: Eminence – Legacy Reverberates”. The event was held on January 11th and 12th and it was a big success.
A Look Back at SCIT’s Journey
Dr. Dhanya Pramod, the director of SCIT, said that Graffiti is more than just an event. It’s a tradition that allows students to learn new things, meet important people in the tech industry, and show off their skills. This year’s event was extra special because it celebrated SCIT’s 25th anniversary. Dr. Pramod was very happy with how many people participated in the event.
A Huge Tech Fest
Over 1200 people participated in Graffiti 2025. There were also more than 5,000 people who attended the event online. In total, over 22,000 people were involved in the event! There were also 82 sponsors who helped to make the event a success.
Events for Everyone
There were many different competitions at Graffiti 2025. Some competitions tested tech skills, like cybersecurity and coding. Other competitions were more creative, like dance and music. There were even some fun games, like a life-sized game of Snakes and Ladders.
A Celebration of Creativity
Graffiti 2025 wasn’t just about tech and business. There were also events that celebrated art and music. There was a talent show where students could perform dances, sing songs, or act in plays. There was also an art gallery where students could show off their paintings and drawings.
Unforgettable Performances
The event also featured some great musical performances. The Black Sheep Band performed on the first day, and there was a competition for student bands. On the second day, there was a concert with several famous singers.
Looking to the Future
Graffiti 2025 was a big success and it showed how much SCIT has accomplished in the past 25 years. The event also helped to get people excited about the future of SCIT. The institute is committed to helping students become leaders in the tech and business fields.
